Salon Policy
- R100 Non REFUNDABLE deposit is mandatory and Required to set your appointment.
- No deposit means booking unsuccessful.
- No extra guests throughout your appointment, Clients only.
- Deposit must be immediate and POP sent through for confirmation.
- 15 minutes late = Appointment canceled.
- You can only reschedule ONCE (not on your appointment day).
- Natural hair babies please stretch your hair for excellent and flat results.
- NB: We don't wash hair (Clean plain hair with no products please).

Deposit Policy
Deposit must be immediate, outstanding amount will be paid after service and should be immediate too or you can pay cash.
NO CASH SEND, NO CASH DEPOSIT AT ATM UNLESS YOU ADD AN EXTRA FEE of R10 SO IT DOESN'T DEDUCT FROM THE R100 YOU SENT!
Late deposit will result in someone else taking the slot.
Hair Booking
- Be specific with the kind of hairstyle, size, length and colour you want or attach a photo.
- All prices are fibre Included.
Lash Booking
- Book for Classic, Wet set, Hybrid or Volume.
- Attach a picture if you're not sure about the type of set you want.
Nail Booking
- Attach a picture of the set you want before booking for confirmation if we can do the design.
Additional Regulations
Failure to comply to the Regulations, your appointment will be canceled.
